- TO-LET does not store card or banking details.

- To show your listings to relevant users.
- To improve our service and communicate with you (e.g., service updates, support).
- Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent, except as required by law.
3. Data Security
- We use encrypted technology and secure practices to protect your information.
- Only authorized personnel have access to user data for service-related purposes.
Subscription Terms
TO-LET offers flexible paid plans for users who wish to promote their listings.
These are non-recurring plans with a validity of 7 days.
🟡 Plan A: ₹99 Plan
- Access: One Location
- Category: One room category only (e.g., House, Flat, or PG Hostel)
- Validity: 7 Days
- Features: Post and display all property listing in selected location and category.
General Terms for All Plans
- All plans are non-refundable once activated.
- Each plan is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of activation.
- After expiry, users may renew the plan manually.
- Misuse of the service (e.g., fake listings, repeated posting of the same ad, or illegal content) may lead to suspension without refund.
